I suggest you do a quick troubleshooting step of using Firefox Profile Manager and create a new 'Test' profile and launch Firefox in that and go to Yahoo and Zoopla, but do *not* disable any plug ins. That shouldn't take more than 2 minutes (yes I really do mean 2 and not 10 minutes!).

May 31, 2007 · This is actually my Mom's PC that has the problem, so I am not sure exactly sure what she has put on here as far as security applications (e.g. firewall, anti-virus, spy-ware etc.). I did disable both the Windows firewall and the MacAfee personal firewall.
